THE PHYSOG FAMILY by Waddy of London, England, C. 1940s. PHYSOGS VINTAGE GAME
This is a later, colour version of the more familiar, earlier PHYSOGS which Waddy first produced in the 1930s with the images in black and white.
The original instruction leaflet contains explanations for play as a toy and as a game. For the game the heads are shuffled, face down and dealt to two-four players. Then the eye, nose and mouth portions are shuffled and put into heaps and players pick out a designated number of each. The one who is first to construct a satisfactory face wins - decided by a majority of the players - gaining five points. The parts are then shuffled and the game resumes. Wonderful graphics. Box good for age with some nibbles to edges. The pieces all complete, unbent and in very good condition. Original rule and advertising leaflet THE PHYSOG FAMILY by Waddy of London, England, C. 1940.
Beautiful graphics on hard card. We have never had this version before.
